Distance Sales Agreement

Last updated: Oct 11, 2026

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer for orders placed on tikivici.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The Turkish version prevails.

1. Parties

  • Seller: Burak Demir (TikiVici)
  • Address: Fatih Mah. 866. Sk. No: 11-13 İç Kapı No: 7, Esenyurt/İstanbul
  • Tax office and number: Esenyurt — 2751224893
  • Email: destek@tikivici.com

Buyer: the owner of the TikiVici account placing the order. The buyer’s name, email and billing details are collected at checkout.

2. Subject

TikiVici Pro: a time-limited license for the Windows app with games and widgets for TikTok LIVE streams, including every game and widget in the library.

3. Price

  • Monthly package (30 days): ₺700
  • Yearly package (365 days): ₺7,000

Prices include VAT. The chosen package and the total amount are shown on the payment page and on the invoice sent by email.

4. Payment

Payment is taken by credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment service. Card details never reach the seller.

5. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the license is added to the buyer’s account immediately and its period starts at that moment. The app is downloaded from the Account page.

6. Term

A package is valid for the period purchased; to continue, the buyer purchases a new package.

7. Right of withdrawal

Because your license is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation; by confirming your order you accept this.

8. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. Packages do not renew automatically; when the period ends, access stops and you are not charged again.

9. Complaints and disputes

For complaints and questions, write to destek@tikivici.com. Disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and above those limits before the Consumer Court; mediation is required before going to the Consumer Court.

10. Formation

The agreement is formed when the buyer reads and electronically confirms the Pre-Contract Information and this agreement at checkout. A copy is sent to the buyer’s email address and kept by the seller.
