Refunds and Cancellation

A short note on refunds and the length of TikiVici packages.
1. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. Packages do not renew automatically; when the period ends, access stops and you are not charged again.
2. Right of withdrawal
Because your license is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation; by confirming your order you accept this.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Your card is never charged automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
4. If something goes wrong
If the app does not work on your computer, write to destek@tikivici.com and we will look into it with you.
