Privacy Policy

1. In short

We ask for an email address and a password for your account, and for your name, address and phone number for the invoice and payment when you buy. Your card details never reach us; PayTR processes payments. Your viewers’ information stays on your computer and never reaches us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

2. What we process

• Account details: email and password.
• Purchase details: name, billing address, phone number, order and payment record.
• Licence details: your linked TikTok account, your package and its period.
• Stream statistics: stream duration, game usage and diamonds received. No viewer information.
• What you send us when you report a problem.

3. Why we process it

To provide your account and license, issue invoices, give support, keep the Service secure and improve the product. Our legal bases are entering into and performing a contract, our legal obligations (invoices and tax records) and legitimate interests.

4. Who we share it with

With PayTR for payments, with our e-invoice provider and the Turkish Revenue Administration for invoices, and with hosting and email providers to run the Service; some of them are outside Türkiye. With authorities where the law requires.

5. Retention

We keep account details while your account is open, and invoice and accounting records for as long as tax law requires.

6. Cookies

We only use one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, and to object. Send your request to destek@tikivici.com or in writing to the address above; we reply free of charge within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will announce significant changes.
